My Process:​

1. Initial Inquiry:
   Reach out with your ideas—big or small. You can come with a clear vision or just a mood, color, feeling, or story you want to express. I welcome all kinds of starting points, we’ll build from there.

2. Consultation:
   We’ll schedule a conversation (virtual or in-person) to dive deeper into your vision. This is a space where we connect emotionally and artistically. I’ll ask questions, share thoughts, and listen closely to understand what matters to you—whether it’s symbolism, materials, vibe, or functionality. We’ll decide on the medium, materials, and aesthetic direction.

3. Creative Proposal:
   Based on our talk, I’ll craft a detailed proposal outlining the concept, materials, timeline, pricing, and any optional custom touches. You’ll have time to review, offer feedback, and approve before we begin.

4. Beginning Process:                                                                Once we’re aligned, to begin creating your piece each commission requires a non-refundable 50% deposit of the price agreed upon, to secure your place and begin the work. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the commission, prior to final delivery. I work intuitively, and no one is able to predict the final outcome of the artwork—it’s not about controlling the result, but about trusting what wants to emerge. That’s where the true artistry lives. Throughout the process, you’ll feel connected through thoughtful updates; depending on the project, I may share sketches, fabric samples, progress photos, or mood boards as we move forward.

5. Final Reveal & Delivery
   When your piece is complete, it’s carefully packaged and shipped with COA included—or installed personally by me (Gelovna), in the case of interiors. You’ll receive all care instructions, and of course, my deep thanks for trusting me with your vision.
