My Process:

Initial Inquiry:
Reach out with your inspiration, concept, ideas, references (if available) . You can come with a clear vision or just a mood, color, feeling, or story you want to express. I welcome all kinds of starting points, we’ll build from there. -
Consultation:
We’ll schedule a conversation (virtual or in-person) to dive deeper into your vision. This is a space where we connect emotionally and artistically. I’ll ask questions, on size and framing options, share thoughts, timeframe for completion and overall direction. We’ll decide on the medium, materials, and aesthetic direction. -
Creative Proposal:
Based on our talk, I’ll craft a proposal outlining the concept, materials, timeline, pricing, and any optional custom touches. You’ll have time to review, offer feedback, and approve before we begin. NOTE: The work itself is not something that can be perfectly previewed or pre-engineered. This is a development of flow. If you are looking for something exact, predictable, or "perfect" in a polished, Al-like sense dull with zero artistic input in it - I am not the right fit. Art, as I create it, is alive. It shifts, it surprises, it becomes. Beginning -
Process: Once we’re aligned, to begin creating your piece each commission requires a 50% non-refundable deposit of the price agreed upon, to secure your place and begin the work. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the commission, prior to final delivery. Progress updates may be shared throughout the process, depending on the project, I may share sketches, progress photos, or mood boards as we move forward.

Final Reveal & Delivery
When your piece is complete, it’s carefully packaged and shipped with COA included—or installed personally by me (Gelovna) commercial interior commisand you are located on the East Coast. You’ll receive all tracking information, and of course, my deep appreciation for trusting me with your vision.
